Round 8 – Buy, Sell and Cheapie of the Week

Buy of the week- James Tedesco

Teddy has fallen all the way down in price to 579k and still has a breakeven in the high 50s so you could wait another week but with the dragon’s matchup on Anzac day odds are on that he beats his be or scores his first 50 of the year with cows peaking its time for an upgrade.

Sell of the week- Bryce cartwright ☹

The party is well and truly over, with Arthur playing musical chairs with he line-up with Shaun lane back its not guaranteed that carty will get 80 mins a week and with a be in the high 40s its time to leave the party and head down to the local kebab store to finish up the night.

Hold of the week- Eliesa Katoa

A lot of coaches may be tempted to sell, myself included but with the revenge game against the warriors this Anzac Day a game that is traditionally a high scoring affair its worth giving Katoa a chance to convince you to hold him given he is yet to score a try this year and is still averaging 49pts.

Gamble of the week- Jack de Bellin

With news coming out that last week the dragons were in fact NOT docked an interchange for their team sheet blunder it appears that jack has become a big minute lock for the dragons following the trend of many other NRL clubs that are asking their locks to play extended minutes more then usually, however given Jacks score of 67 in 80mins last week had 3 Turn over tackles in it. It feels likely that jack could average 50-55 in 80mins when playing at lock but anything less would be a bust and given Tapine is on the bye this week it makes the most sense to take the leap this week rather then next. Buyer Beware\

Cheapie of the week – Jacob Host

Its a bit on the thin side in the cheapie dept this week, but Host looks a decent shout with a clear 10 or so points of value as long as he holds down his back row spot until Koloamatagi returns, which he was likely to do even with Koloamatagi available. At $377k, he is an extra round 13 number, and a reliable 18th man.

POD Captain of the week- Isaah Yeo

With a grudge match against the bunnies this Thursday Yeo firms as a solid captaincy option as he will have to get through a mountain of work and play 80mintues like he frequently does to help Penrith control this red hot bunnies outfit, Isaah Yeo hasn’t missed a tackle since round 1 with 256 tackles completed and only 4 missed any attacking stats and yeo is going 80+ here.
