Week 1

FPL Managers of Australia and the Global Community, Welcome to Gameweek one for the Official 22-23 FPL season.

It’s great to write my first bite size blog of the season and many thanks to the FPL amateurs of aus for this space.

It’s been another tough pre-season of tinkering and selection headaches with plenty of pre season action , and also it’s been another rollercoaster wait .

As we begin Gameweek one history will be made with Gabriel Jesus (8.0m) is becoming likely to be the highest owned FPL player in history at the start of a season with a potential 75% ownership . Mind blowing stuff !

For my readers here Each week I will provide a differential <10% ownership who I believe will shine for that given Gameweek. My first pick of the season is Leeds United’s Star striker Patrick Bamford (7.5m) who is 1.2% selected , first up he is against Wolves at home and will be coming off the back of a strong pre season with two goals in his last outing plus he’s fit and ready again with penalty kicks at his disposal due to the departure of Raphina. He also has a strong run of fixtures beyond this with 8 of his first 10 games green on the FDR.
