ABOUT US

Follow our Socials and Join our A-League Fantasy Dream Team Group League.

We are just two Aussie guys who love our football. We feel there isn’t alot of Australian Football content around in regards to Podcasts so we decided to make a Podcast that Aussie Football fans can relate to.

We started an EPL/FPL Podcast for the current season and we have thoroughly enjoyed it so we decided to turn our attention to newly Branded Izuzu A-League.

WHO ARE WE?

HOST : Quentin

I have followed Australian Football since the newcastle breakers were playing in the old NSL. When the A-League got up and running i moved across to the newly formed Newcastle Jets and havent looked back.

Football has been running through my veins since i first played soccer at the age of 6, Im very passionate about football in Australia and with the help of my Co-Host Damiano ( Damo) we hope we can show that passion and excitement through our content with some banter along the way.

Co Host : Damo

Hi I’m Damo, I have been following football since I was a kid. It all started with the love of the World Game in 1994 when I was just a little tacker.

In terms of football in Australia, I had a place in my heart for the Brunswick Zebras back in the day being from Brunswick / Coburg as a young lad. I was never overly attached to the NSL, my love stretched as far as Carlton SC, with Lygon Street being a second home to me growing up. Watching players such as Bresciano, Grella, Kennedy, Colosimo and Thompson back in the day was a sight to see. How this group never won a premiership is a crying shame.

These days I am firmly in the Melbourne City camp, being a Melbourne Heart foundation member. With players such as Colosimo, Beauchamp and Skoko signing for the Heart, I was attracted to the potential that Heart brought to the league.

Some of my favourite moments have come from this Heart era, with moments such as the Engelaar wondergoal, doing the conga through active in the pouring rain and watching the many exploits of Alex Terra it’s been a joy to watch a team from its start up.

In recent times I have enjoyed my Melbourne City sealing the double with a mix of young players and seasoned professionals. Seeing a former Yarraside fella lift the trophy was a joy to see, may the City reign long continue! Forza Melbourne City and I’m looking forward to bringing you a little bit of wogball mentality throughout the season.

A-LEAGUE WEEK 2

PREDICTIONS Western United Vs Perth Glory If Perth can be more clinical this week i think they can get all 3 points against Western United who were a little underwhelming last week. Perth 2-1 Wellington Vs Central Coast I could see this being a tight contest ending with a Central coast win to make themContinue reading “A-LEAGUE WEEK 2”

A-LEAGUE WEEK 1

PREDICTIONS Melbourne City Vs Brisbane Roar I could see City getting off to a flying start with a comfortable win with an array of attacking options in Mclaren/Leckie/Nabbout and Metcalfe. CITY 3-1 Western Sydney Vs Sydney FC This is going to be a cracking addition of the Sydney Derby with end to end attack. ThisContinue reading “A-LEAGUE WEEK 1”
