WEEK 13

CAPTAIN PICK

Mo salah has had a crazy season so far putting up consistent fantasy scores which makes him the safest FPL captaincy option most weeks.

The last 3 games he hasn’t scored massively like previous weeks but has still averaged 6 pts.

But he has also been unlucky not to get bigger returns.

Last 3 games these are his stats to go with the eye test;

Goals – 1
Assists – 2
Shots – 8
Chances created – 8

Southampton over the past 3 games have looked better defensively but are still giving up 28 chances and 32 shots so i could see Liverpool creating a fair few chances with Salah being the creator.

I have Jiminez as vice captain if Liverpool’s fixture gets postponed due to weather as he is a good captaincy shout this week also.

DIFFERENTIAL PICK

Name – Raul Jiminez
Postition – FWD
Price – 7.8
Ownership – 13.5%
Fixture – Norwich

Last 3 games

Goals – 2
Bonus – 5
Total Pts – 19 pts

He has been very consistent the last 7 games averaging just over 6 pts a game.
Although his ownership is a bit higher than my usual differential picks i believe he will be in for a big week which could make him a must own for this week.
Norwich has looked better since the manager change but they are still giving up 49 shots and 44 chances over the last 3 games.

MY TEAM

TRANSFERS

Chillwell ➡️ James
Tierney ➡️ Lamptey

Hits – -4
Leftover – 0.2 in the bank

With Chillwell out for an extended time i had to bring in another chelsea asset and James is the best option.

Because i couldn’t do a straight seap i had to fast track my Tierney downgrade transfer forward so i could get James.

Lamptey/Cucurella was always going to be the the transfer depending on my financial position for their run of fixtures to give me the opportunity to maybe go a bench boost over this period.

I dont always recommend going hits unless its justified but in this case i believe i can recover those points.
